september in mysore
i just got my flight to bangalore, month of september i'll be in mysore. if anyone has any advice for a bad donkey, i probably need it.

I hear that you can now get things like chocolate croissants in Gokulam. Pack a mosquito net! Unless that is you're staying in Green Hotel the entire time & in that case you won't need one.

how are the mosquitos in goa? are there woozles?
I have not thus far been to Goa! Loaned Laura my mosquito net for her trip to Mysore. She's leaving tomorrow. But I'll get it back & use it myself. Hopefully not too hole-y.
I never take the maleria pills & anyway don't have the insurance now. I am wondering how I might get my hands on some Cipro before I go. Might call my old primary & beg for a script. She MAY do it...
Think I should email Rolf & ask about the woozle forecast??? :)

I hear it's some kind of faux pas to use your left hand for any useful purpose. I recommend, though, that you should not use either of your hands. Just will things to happen. If you need to point your finger at something something that's extra challenging, while you concentrate extra hard, that would probably be okay.

Hi Eeyore, how fabulous. No advice, only to point to bloggers who are writing from there, who can offer it. You're surrounded by so many teachers here that have gone through the ropes that you could ask them for lots of advice
